- Weed prevention sheets by Dio Kasei, a manufacturer of agricultural materials, with a long history and proven track record used by professional farmers. The precisely woven sheet's light-shielding properties inhibit the growth of weeds, greatly reducing the labor and cost of weeding and weed control.
- Since it does not contain herbicides or other chemical components, it is safe to use in the soil and surrounding areas. Since it is permeable, rainwater will soak into the ground even after it is laid down.
- Approximate service life is 15 years under typical use in the Japanese climate (actual durability may vary depending on conditions). The sheet is strong and durable enough to be used in walkways or areas where lightweight flooring is needed.
- Size: 3ft x 33ft, Color: Black, Material: Polypropylene
- Features: High durability High density Good water permeability OK for walking
- Product Description：Important Usage Notes：This product is intended for agricultural and gardening use to suppress weed growth by blocking sunlight with the sheet. It does not contain any chemicals and therefore does not actively kill weeds.
- Please use the special pins to fasten the tape as closely as possible (less than 1m apart). Please allow a little room for shrinkage due to the characteristics of the product. The durability of the sheet will vary depending on the degree of damage or tearing caused by use.
- This product is designed for agricultural and horticultural use to prevent weeds from thriving by utilizing the light-shielding property of the sheet. Since no chemicals are used, it is not effective in actively killing weeds. Do not use near fire. This product is designed for agricultural and horticultural use to inhibit weed growth by utilizing the sheet's strength and light-shielding properties.
- To obtain the proper effect, weeds must be exterminated with herbicides or other weed killers as a preliminary step. Plants with high penetrating power, such as Miscanthus sinensis, horsetail, bamboo grass, and hirugao, may penetrate the sheet. The sheet itself is not directly effective in killing weeds.
- When gravel or other material is laid on top, there is a possibility that weeds will grow from seeds that have been blown onto the sheet. Effectiveness and durability of the sheet will vary depending on usage conditions and location. This product may not completely prevent weed growth. Do not use this product for any purpose other than its original purpose.
