An excellent choice for the malt-driven lager styles of Bavaria, or other styles where a clean and malt-forward profile is desired. Compared to Wyeast 2308, 2352-PC produces less diacetyl and sulfur during fermentation; combined with its good flocculation and rapid maturation, quick turnaround with this strain is possible on many systems.
Flocculation: Medium
Attenuation: 70-74%
Temp: 48-56°F (9-13°C)
Beer Styles: Munich Helles, Oktoberfest/Marzen, Munich Dunkel, Schwarzbier, Traditional Bock, Maibock/ Hellesbock, Dopplebock, Eisbock
We ship all liquid yeast with an ice pack and insulated bubble envelope. Beware that the liquid yeast will not arrive cold even when shipped together. Ice packs and insulated mailing options are designed to keep the yeast colder for longer during shipment, but they will not ensure that your yeast arrives cold. We will not replace liquid yeast that arrives warm. During warmer months we strongly recommend you choose dry yeast.
