The Fox 38 Air Shaft Assembly for 2021-onward Fox 38 Float suspension forks is a complete internal air spring unit that forms the heart of your fork’s air spring system. Designed to work with the NA2 Float air spring, this assembly includes the air shaft, inner sleeve, negative plate and air piston with seals installed, providing the core mechanism that controls air pressure, spring rate and travel behaviour.
Available in multiple travel lengths (150 mm, 160 mm, 170 mm and 180 mm), it allows you to replace worn or damaged components or change your fork’s travel to better suit your riding style or terrain. By refreshing this internal unit, you restore crisp, responsive performance and maintain consistent spring feel throughout the stroke — helping your Fox 38 fork deliver smooth, controlled suspension action on trail, enduro or all-mountain rides.
