- 【Working principle】Working principle: if the ball head and handle are short circuited, the light will turn on.So the probe can only test metals, does not support the detection of insulation materials and insulating spindle; NOTE:The CNC probe consumes a lot of power,If the light is not on, please check power supply
- 【Specifications】Name：3D Light Edge Finder;Model：MF60;Material：Tungsten Steel;Body Material：Aluminum Alloy;Measuring accuracy：＜0.01mm;Repeatability：＜0.01mm;Probe direction：±X±Y +Z; Probe safety stroke：XY±6º, Z+1mm;Trigger life：5,000,000 times;Usage range：Metal；Probe thread M4； ball head diameter 4mm；length 40mm
- 【Functions】⑴MF60 edge finder is designed to measuring the edges, holes, studs, angles, corners, etc. with high accuracy; ⑵ Connect GND and the output signal line. After the host computer obtains the signal, the macro program will realize the functions of automatic centring and recording of coordinates；⑶supports X, Y, Z three-direction measurement, reciprocating positioning accuracy ≤ 0.01, XY deflection range 0-6 °, Z-direction telescoping range of 1mm, beyond the safety range will damage the probe and the probe
- 【Advantages1】⑴Flexible Uses: Supports online auto measurement as well as working as a offline acoustooptic beam splitter in 5 directions;⑵Good Material: adopts a sturdy sealed shell,is made of anodized aluminum alloy,with with a flat anti roll design and a tungsten steel ball head,good structural stability, high measurement accuracy. Measuring accuracy is less than 0.01mm,repeatability is less than 0.01mm;
- 【Advantages2】⑶Easy to use: Light in weight and compact in size, probe can be rotated 180 degrees,no need to rotate the spindle during measurement and centering,more flexible and convenient; ⑷Probe waterproof and dustproof: It can work normally in environments with a small amount of dust and water dripping
- 【Applications】Widely used for positioning and measurement of CNC lathes,milling machine etc,But exceeding the safety range may damage the probe and probe,and does not support the detection of insulation materials and insulated machine tools
