J-B Weld Kwik Weld is a fast-setting, two-part epoxy cold weld system designed for strong, lasting repairs to metal and other surfaces. With a 1:1 mixing ratio, it sets in just 6 minutes and is fully cured in 4-6 hours. After mixing, it forms a permanent bond that can be shaped, tapped, filed, sanded, and drilled. Kwik Weld cures to a dark gray color, has a tensile strength of 3127 PSI, and withstands temperatures up to 230°F.
