Regardless of the material at hand, SUNBURST RADIAL DISCS excel in finishing and polishing hard-to-reach areas, preserving details and preventing flat spots. Their thin, flexible bristles, embedded with sharp, clean, specially treated ceramic abrasive grain, outperform rubber wheels, brushes, buffs, and conventional sanders, working faster and lasting longer. These discs produce minimal dust and heat, eliminating the need for polishing compound. Optimal operating speeds range from 3,000 to 18,000 RPM (5,000 RPM for woodworking). Lower speeds offer a gentler touch, greater flexibility, and subtler results, while higher speeds provide more aggressive material removal. To maximize disc life, use the bristle tips with light pressure.
