Furthermore, to enhance electrical performance, the anodic oxide layer is deliberately removed at battery terminal-to-power-cable connection points to form conductive zones, ensuring seamless electrical conductivity.
- Split Design Battery Terminals: This battery terminal comes with an interchangeable head of a fixed size (M8), specifically designed for M8 lead-acid battery posts. Designed for threaded stud (M8/5/16"-18), bolt-down, and top-post battery connections (SAE/DIN/EN standards). Note: JIS pencil posts are not included. Lithium battery users may require additional studs to the rear adapter.
- Car Battery Terminal Connector Compatibility: 8-way terminals support 8AWG to 4/0 AWG wire gauges for both copper and aluminum wire. Designed for 00 (2/0) AWG welding cables and are equally efficient with other gauges including 1/0 AWG, 2 AWG, 4 AWG, 6 AWG, and 8 AWG, but holders are larger than these gauges. The design accommodates up to eight cables in total, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of automotive and car audio battery terminal needs.
- Suitable for Battery Types: Optimised specifically for lead-acid batteries, including AGM, GEL, WET, MF and CA/CA types. The battery terminal connectors offer versatile applications, perfectly accommodating various battery post configurations such as side posts, bolt down, and screw down.
