ACDelco Professional 36P1639 (19382788) Power Steering Pump

ACDelco Professional Remanufactured Power Steering Pumps effectively provide the hydraulic force required for power-assisted steering systems. Each Professional, premium aftermarket pump includes applicable installation instructions, and an installation kit with O-rings and pulley assembly kit when needed. Remanufacturing power steering pumps is an industry standard practice that involves disassembly of existing units, and replacing components that are most prone to wear with new components. Damaged and obsolete parts are replaced and are end of line tested to ensure they perform to ACDelco specifications. In addition, remanufacturing returns components back into service rather than processing as scrap or simply disposing of them. These power steering pumps will provide the same performance, durability, and service life you expect from ACDelco.

• All components are closely inspected and validated to meet the strictest quality standards to improve part durability
• Multiple cleaning and washing stations, with regular audits, for every component inside the pump and increase part service life
• Housing is cleaned and inspected at multiple stages in the manufacturing process to corrosion and rust prior to component assembly
• Seals and O-rings are replaced with new parts for extended life and reliability
• Sealing surfaces are polished, restored, and checked for microfinish. This helps ensure maximum sealing to leaks.
