The Riviera Blanc series knives are characterized by the rounded French-style ferrule and for its bolster, which provides safety as well as style.
- SAFETY AND DESIGN: The handle is made of polyoxymethylene (POM) so it is highly resistant to detergents and extreme temperature. It can be cleaned using chemicals and is suitable for the dishwasher. Lastly, this Bread knife is made with stainless steel rivets to ensure a better grip.
