- PRECISION AND DURABILITY: This carving knife is made using a patented technique by Arcos called Nitrum, which provides increased durability, hardness, and high precision. It is the result of shaping stainless steel with nitrogen to obtain a powerful and ultra-resistant tool.
- CLASSIC AND SAFE DESIGN: the handle is made of polyoxymethylene (POM) for superior impact resistance, abrasion resistance, and temperature tolerance (-40ºC to 150ºC); stainless steel alloy rivets ensure high corrosion resistance; equipped with Silver technology for complete protection.
