Key Features

• Slim, decorative form: The 2″ × 12″ format makes for a graceful border without overwhelming the main field tile.
• Finish adaptability: Choice of polished or honed tailors the trim’s visual impact to suit both high-gloss or more subdued, textured settings.
• Matching material: Seamless aesthetic continuity with the Calacatta Aureo line — same marble, so colors/veining line up with mosaics and field tiles.

Care & Maintenance

• Installation Tips: Dry-fit the pieces first to check the alignment of veining with adjacent tiles. Use a white or light thin-set mortar so the marble’s tones are not altered. Ensure trim edges are properly supported (e.g. at corners, ends) to avoid damage.
• Sealing: Seal prior to installation (or before grout) and again after installation is done to protect surfaces from moisture and staining.
• Cleaning: Use pH-neutral, non-abrasive cleaners and soft cloths. Avoid acidic cleaners (vinegar, lemon, etc.) or abrasives that may dull polished surfaces or scratch honed ones.
• Natural Variation: Expect natural variations in veining, color intensity, and surface texture from piece to piece—these are characteristic of genuine marble. Inspect before installation to ensure a good match with surrounding material.
