Product Description This rabbeting cutter head has been designed for rabbeting, joining and grooving materials of various thicknesses in your spindle moulder machines, double-end tenoner and edging machines. Ideal for coated and uncoated man made boards, plastic material and hard and soft wood. Improved design with shear angle. Tool features a heavy-duty aircraft aluminum body, 2 universal solid carbide straight knives, 4 universal solid carbide scoring knives, manual feed and pins for the automatic positioning of the knives. From the Manufacturer CMT's high quality shaper cutter heads are the versatile, easy-to use and cost effective solution to shaper work. Precision milled form the finest high-strength aluminum, these cutter heads feature dual pins to locate knives quickly and hold them securely. This cutter head includes a pair of straight knives, and accepts all CMT shape knives.
- Heavy duty aircraft aluminum body, 2 carbide knives (50x12x1.5mm), 4 scoring knives (14x14x2mm).
