CP.1 Bench

The CP.1 ottoman bench blends a sleek stainless-steel frame with a classic hand-quilted seat to create a timeless, functional piece of art. The luxurious seat is detailed with a loop-stitched cording that traces the seat’s perimeter.
The CP.1 collection features an ottoman and a bench that seats two people, available in polished or brushed stainless steel and matte black frame. The design allows users to custom order contrasting loop stitch colors for a unique look.
The CP.1 collection was designed by Charles Pollock, a recipient of the IBD Bronze Medal Award, the Dutch Institution for Industrial Design and Pratt Institute’s Excellence by Design Award. His work is exhibited in many museums around the world. In the late 1960’s, Pollock disappeared from the design scene for 47 years, until his celebrated return in 2012 with a series of new introductions for Bernhardt Design including the CP Lounge Collection. In 2012, the 82-year-old Pollock introduced his first new product in America since the debut of his iconic Pollock Chair forty-seven years earlier. Pollock’s new collection CP Lounge was commissioned by Bernhardt Design.
