Troubleshooting Guidelines If the Toy Stops Working: When your plush seems low on energy or stops playing, it’s time for new batteries! Sometimes the battery pull tab can loosen in transit and slowly drain power. Opening the Battery Door: Use a 3mm (PH1) Phillips head screwdriver to open the compartment – other tools might strip the screw or damage the lid. Not Moving Well: Gently move the plush toy’s body parts in the direction they’re meant to go, then activate it again to see if it moves better.
