These lug nuts are thinner than standard ones, which means they have less space to grip and are more prone to becoming rounded if the wrench is not held straight and securely.

In this case, you will need to: 1) Shorten the factory studs 2) The wheels need to have the open slots (cavities) between mounting holes. 3) Purchase a set of shorter studs and replace them with the factory studs
