USE & CARE:
Before using your pan for the first time, wash it in warm soapy water, rinse it thoroughly and carefully wipe it dry. Can be used on any stovetop and in the oven. If using an induction stovetop, adjust the heating area to the diameter of the pan's heat diffusing base.

When using in the oven:

• Don’t use the grill/ broil function
• Don’t go above 250°C / 475°F (gas mark 9)

When using on induction cooktop:

• Gradually increase the temperature
• Don’t use the booster function
• Don’t overheat your pan when it’s empty

To extend the life of your non-stick coating:

• Don’t use sharp or metal utensils
• Hand-washing is recommended
• Handle with care after extended cooking sessions or time in the oven (to avoid getting burnt)
• Wash with a non-abrasive sponge and warm soapy water
