The Choc Intense coating is 100% PFOA- and PFOS-free. The manufacturing process involves forging to make the pan’s main body strong and the coating long -lasting. 

This pan is perfect for cooking fish, vegetables, legumes, and grains. Also ideal for simmering stews, reheating ready-made meals, and thickening sauces without affecting taste, colour, or flavour. If you want to sear, brown or grill, use a steel pan instead.

USE & CARE
Before using your utensil for the first time, wash it in warm soapy water, rinse it thoroughly and carefully wipe it dry. Can be used on any stovetop and in the oven. If using an induction stovetop, adjust the heating area to the diameter of the pan" structured base.

When using in the oven:

• Don’t use the grill function
• Place in the oven (without the handle on the removable version).
• Don’t exceed 230°C / 450°F (gas mark 9) - no longer than 10 minutes

How induction-stovetop users can extend their utensils’ lives:

• Gradually increase the temperature
• Don’t use the booster function
• Don’t overheat your utensil when it’s empty

To extend the life of your non-stick coating:

• Don’t use sharp or metal implements
• Hand-washing is recommended
• Handle with care after extended cooking sessions or time in the oven (to avoid getting burnt)
• Wash with a non-abrasive sponge and warm soapy water
