The overload protector has a built-in red indicator light. When the overload protector is working normally, built-in indicator light is on and the receptacle output is normal. When the overload protector is disconnected due to overcurrent, built-in indicator light goes out and the live wire of the receptacle is disconnected. After troubleshooting the overload, you can press the overload protector to RESET position to restore its connection.
