- 4 Modes for Door & Window Awareness — Door-Open Mode alerts instantly when a door or window opens or is left ajar and stops when closed. Delayed Mode (~15 second delay ) allows smooth entry or exit. Forced Mode sounds a continuous alert even after the door is closed for ~30 seconds or until turned off manually. Chime Mode provides a doorbell-style tone for everyday awareness.
- 130 dB Loud with 3 Adjustable Volume Levels — Choose the alert strength that fits your space—from a lower setting or chime for daily awareness to a loud 130 dB alarm for garage entry or side doors, basements, and entry points. Families can choose a louder setting when needed—for example, as a clear alert if a toddler, child, or elderly family member prone to wandering opens a door.
- Advanced Magnetic Sensor— Built with a reliable ~1.2" gap tolerance, this door alarm sensor triggers accurately even on doors with wider gaps<1.2" gap, where standard alarms may not trigger as expected. Suitable for side garage doors, basement entries, detached rooms, sliding or patio doors, and older homes with non-standard frames.
- AAA Batteries Included with Low-Battery Alert — Powered by 2× AAA batteries (included per unit) for stable, reliable performance. A built-in low-battery alert (sound + light) lets you know when replacement is needed. The slide-down front cover allows quick battery changes without removing the alarm.
- Fast, Tool-Free Installation — Installs in minutes using the included peel-and-stick adhesive. Test before install — Choose the volume and mode that fit the space, then mount. Alignment arrows on the alarm and magnet help guide proper placement—keep the gap less than 1.2 inches for reliable detection. An extra adhesive pad is included per unit. No tools, wiring, or drilling required. Includes a 1-year warranty for added peace of mind.
- Thoughtful Gift Uses — Often chosen as a practical closing gift by real estate professionals, an extra layer of awareness for new homeowners, and a helpful door-alert gift for seniors or caregivers.
