Exo Terra Coco Husk, crafted from coconut husks harvested in tropical Asian plantations, offers an environmentally friendly substrate for terrariums. Perfect for boosting humidity levels, it ensures safety for frogs, salamanders, and animals that love to dig or burrow. This sustainable choice serves as an excellent substitute for traditional cypress mulch.
How to Prepare:
Delivered as a compact brick, this product requires soaking prior to use. Place it in a 2.6-gallon container and pour in roughly 7 tablespoons of water. Allow it to absorb for around 30 minutes, then mix thoroughly to break up any remaining clumps. Once smooth, it’s ready to be added to your terrarium setup!
Only available for in-store purchase.
