FAQ
How loud is it — will it scare my pet?
It runs at 70–90 dB (about 76.8 dB on average), quieter than many force dryers. Start on a low speed away from the face so your pet gets used to the airflow; for noise-sensitive dogs and cats, a cotton ball in each ear helps them stay calm.
Can I control the temperature? Will it get too hot?
Yes. The touch panel adjusts heat in 1°C steps across an 86°F–140°F range, and you can run it with no heat at all. Use a lower temperature — or cool air — for sensitive pets, faces and paws, and keep the nozzle moving so no spot heats up.
What does the negative-ion switch do?
One touch releases negative ions into the airflow to neutralize static, reduce frizz, and leave the coat smoother and easier to comb after drying.
How do I use the three nozzles?
The flat nozzle is for fast, full-body blow-outs; the round nozzle concentrates airflow on specific areas; the eight-finger (comb) nozzle fluffs and detangles the undercoat while you dry. Twist a nozzle on counter-clockwise to swap.
What pets and coat types is it for?
It's built for both dogs and cats and handles all coat lengths — short, medium or long. The 9-level airflow and adjustable heat let you match drying power to thick double coats or fine, sensitive fur.
