  • Vintage Figurine, Goose Girl, Large Lamp Base Girl with Geese / Ducks, Holland Mould, Hand Painted Hobbyist Mold, Lamp Base, Hummel Inspired Figurine, Ready to Paint, Vintage Pottery, Crafting, (Discontinued)
  • Made in Trenton, NJ, USA
  • Vintage: 1960's - 1970's
  • Details: This is a very cute lamp base / figurine, part of the Holland Mold collection. This is a lamp base, it has the opening on the bottom and space to pass cord, would still need to be drilled on top, would make a sweet lamp for a girl's room.  We fell in love with the simplicity of this figurine, reminiscent of Hummel girls, painted in a solid, flesh tone. She would be at home in a country or farmhouse decor. Perfect for the garden or sunroom as is, or could be painted with more details and colors.  It is stamped, "Holland Mold", underneath the name of the person who painted it.  It is not dated but we traced this style mold back to 1965. There is a condition issue, please see below. This is heavy, please keep that in mind at check-out.
  • Materials:  Ceramic
  • Dimensions:  Almost 9.0 inches Tall, 6.5 inches Long (including the goose's tail), 4.5 inches Wide (at its widest point).
  • Condition:  Vintage - Used.  Good Vintage Condition.  One of the tiny fingers on her left hand is broken, photographed for you.  Otherwise no issues.  Please review all pictures and make sure you love this item before purchasing, we can't accept returns.  Please remember these are VINTAGE and ANTIQUE items, they are NOT new, every effort has been made to show scratches, wear and tear and imperfections.

Holland Mold Inc. was founded in 1946 by Frank Hollendonner in his Trenton NJ garage with his brother Rudy.  Frank was an immigrant who had learned how to make molds in Austria and made blank molds for crafters to add their own color and creativity.  The company remained family owned for over 50 years but in the 1980's, due to competition and lower priced goods, business was slowing down, they finally sold the company in 1997.   The new owners continue selling new molds for today's crafters.
