River Beer Flash Brewing® Kit
River Beer is designed to bridge the gap between ultra-light beers and more flavorful everyday styles. Built on a bespoke Flash Malt base featuring pilsner malt, rice, and a touch of dextrin malt, it delivers a smooth, rounded malt profile with a little more body and character than expected, while still finishing clean and refreshing.

Equipment Required for Flash Brewing®
Flash Brews can be fermented in any wide mouth 3-gallon fermenter you already own. We suggest a wide mouth fermenter so you can easily pour in the ingredients.
