A hurricane lantern in very good condition, Frowo No. 55, featuring an extremely rare marked red glass and a tank cap from Mewa. Fully functional and ready for use.
Naturally, it shows signs of age and use, which add to its authentic character. A great addition to any collection, while also perfectly suitable as practical lighting for use at home, in the garden, or on holiday.
Fitted with a Mewa tank cap, allowing this piece to be dated approximately between 1945 and 1955.
Equipped with a new wick and used exclusively with clean petroleum.
