The H.S.P.U. Pad was created to be the perfect solution for handstand push-up training. For years, gyms around the world have used our AbMat as a helpful layer of protection for their head and neck during handstand push-ups. Now, with the AbMat HSPU Pad, several new components have been introduced with this specific purpose in mind. Along with 2" of cushioning for your noggin, the peanut shaped design is ideal for keeping the pad snug in between a set of bumper plates. This design allows athletes to have a consistent level surface to push from while keeping the Pad and plates in place. Stack plates on plates to increase the range of motion as well. Say goodbye to limiting your range of motion! Being made of durable foam and thick vinyl these things scream American Made Quality!
