HELPMATE - Universal Screws Countersunk Head 4.0 x 40 Yellow Passivated - Pack of 450 Wood Screws with PZ 2 Drive and Partial Thread - Chipboard Screws for Indoor and Protected Outdoor Use

The HELPMATE universal screws are multifunctional and suitable for numerous applications. Preferably indoors, but also in protected outdoor areas, the screws can withstand. They are particularly suitable for wood, plastic or even for masonry with a dowel. Thanks to the countersunk head, the screw closes optimally with the surface without piercing the construction too far. The partial thread causes the thread of the screw to tighten in the lower piece of wood, while the screw head pulls the upper piece of wood firmly. The conical tip allows precise attachment and effortless screwing in without much effort or time-consuming pre-drilling on soft wood. The thread is sharp-edged than the classic wood thread and thus promotes screwing.

• Versatile use: the HELPMATE universal screws are ideal for connecting two wooden elements, whether indoors or in protected outdoor areas.
• Flush countersinking: the countersunk head allows for a flush, smooth countersinking of the screw and also protects the surface.
• DURABLE: Made from galvanised, yellow passivated steel, the screws provide easy corrosion protection.
• No pre-drilling: work without splintering or splitting the timber thanks to the conical tip. Pre-drilling for soft woods is no longer necessary
• Partial thread: the partial thread allows a quick, gap-free tightening of the upper component. Leaves no unsightly gaps in 2 components to be connected.
