Infused Wildflower Honey by Rocky Mountain Beeswax Co.

Premium Colorado wildflower honey infused with select herbs and spices. These jars are 5.5 oz. and the honey has been lightly strained to remove pepper flakes and vanilla beans. Let us know what you use it for!

Green Chili: Infused with Hatch green chili flakes, we rate the spiciness of this honey at 4/10. Sweet honey with tangy, green chili flavor goes great with charcuterie, in salads or over hot cornbread. Spread it over cream cheese and eat on crackers for a sweet and savory appetizer.

Vanilla: Infused with grade A Madagascar vanilla beans, this honey boasts a rounded, sweet and creamy flavor great for use in coffee, over hot biscuits or on ice cream.

Whipped Fire: Raw Honey whipped with Cinnamon, Ginger, Turmeric, Cayenne and Black Pepper. We love in tea, on toast or ice cream.
