- Klotz UpLon is a top-tier treatment fuel additive to lubricate fuel pumps, condition seals, protect against fuel system corrosion, and keep the injector in clean and working order. Identifiable by Klotz’s iconic red color and famous racy scent, UpLon reduces upper cylinder friction and improves piston ring seal for higher combustion pressure and power, while harnessing anti-wear chemistry to protect the valves and valve guides.
- Eliminate the need for after-run lubricants! Klotz UpLon is a 100% full synthetic fuel treatment that reduces maintenance by keeping fuel injectors clean and reducing fuel pump heat saturation, decreasing the need to purge your fuel system. Our fuel additive lubricates, seals, and extends your fuel pump’s life and stabilizes pressure for a smooth and consistent performance.
- Klotz UpLon also provides superior lubrication for legacy diesel engines (1990’s vintage and older). These engines were designed when diesel fuel blends contained higher levels of sulfur, so our UpLon fuel stabilizer restores the necessary upper cylinder lubricity required by this hardware to protect and quiet your diesel injector.
- Klotz UpLon blends with methanol, ethanol, nitromethane, gasoline, E-85, and diesel and is recommended for use with 4-stroke engines, street, or race track use. For complete upper cylinder lubrication, mix 1/2 ounce of UpLon Fuel Lube per 1 gallon, or 1 quart to 55 gallons of methanol, ethanol, gasoline, or nitromethane. Mix 1 ounce per gallon of diesel fuel.
- Klotz is committed to using the most advanced technology available and never compromising on quality for profit: no cost-optimizing or substitution of lesser ingredients. Your racing vehicle deserves the best lubricant available.
