The Lancer 2-Valve Cup Rest is the perforated platform designed to provide a stable surface for cup placement during the dispensing cycle. It is engineered to capture initial splash and overflow, routing it immediately into the tower's drip tray to maintain a clean service environment.
Problem Solved: Corrects 'wobbly' cup placement and ensures that overflow is directed into the drainage system rather than onto the counter. Replaces bent, corroded, or missing grates that detract from the professional appearance of the station.
Symptoms of Failure: Cups tipping over during fills due to a warped grate, liquid splashing past the tray into the serving area, or a visible buildup of 'sugar snakes' that cannot be cleaned from the rest.
