Lancer LEV Self-Serve Lever Valve, No Cover - 19-0359/03

The Lancer LEV Self-Serve Lever Valve, No Cover is the precision fluid management head responsible for mixing syrup and water at the factory-specified Brix ratio. Engineered for high-cycle longevity in self-serve environments, it features internal ceramic flow control modules that maintain ratio stability regardless of incoming line pressure fluctuations.

Symptoms of Failure: Common symptoms include drinks tasting watered-down or overly sweet, which indicates the internal flow control is sticking. Other signs are a slow drip from the nozzle tip after the lever is released or the valve 'burping' gas, which results in excessive foaming in the customer's cup.
