If we could use a single word to describe our mint chocolate cookie flavoring, that word would be indulgence. Our Mint Chocolate Cookie flavoring is exactly what it says. It tastes remarkably like a mint chocolate cookie, with the perfect balance between rich chocolate and cool mint. It works perfectly in stouts, brown ales and porters, but you could use it in any beer that you want to taste like a mint chocolate cookie. Besides beer making, this flavor also works great for baking, desserts, like ice cream.
Dosage: use 2 oz in a five gallon batch of beer for full mint chocolate cookie flavor. Personal preference does vary, so you can experiment by adding less, tasting, and then adding more until you reach your desired amount.
Ingredients: natural flavor, propylene glycol, water, ethyl alcohol.
