Non GMO Project verified. nongmoproject.org. Add creativity and taste to your dishes. Our Modenaceti Balsamic Glaze is intensely aromatic and sweet-smelling because it is infused with the traditional flavor of Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP. This is because the two main ingredients are selected cooked & concentrated grape must and high quality Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. There is no sugar added, and no fillers or artificial ingredients. Use as a finishing glaze for meat, chicken or fish. It is also an excellent dessert topping for strawberries and other fruits and ice cream. Great for fresh mozzarella and tomato salad; grilled meat or fish; ice cream or fruit salad. Product of Italy.
