• Elevate Embroidery with 3D Depth: Achieve striking dimensional embroidery by layering foam beneath stitches.  This technique lifts designs into raised, eye-catching 3D textures, perfect for enhancing caps, jackets, and fabric crafts.  Ideal for adding creative flair to your embroidery projects.
• 13 Vivid Color Options: Choose from Black, White, Red, Royal Blue, Brown, Navy Blue, Orange, Pink, Purple, Beige, Green, Yellow, and Gray.  Our foam hues closely match embroidery thread tones, ensuring minimal visibility if threads loosen over time.
• Optimized 3MM Thickness: Designed for balanced performance, 3mm foam pairs seamlessly with sturdy fabrics like Canvas, Nylon, and Felt.  Layer two sheets for extra height in bold, dimensional designs.
• Versatile 9"x12" Sheets: Large pre-cut sheets simplify large-scale projects on garments or bags.  Easily trim to smaller sizes for caps, hats, or intricate details.
• Durable & Washable Material: Crafted from non-toxic, water-resistant foam that withstands embroidery machines and household washing.  Maintains shape during stitching and laundering.  Tip: Minimize washing frequency to prolong foam integrity.
• Pro Tips for Flawless Results:1，Match foam color to thread for seamless blending.2，Adjust machine tension appropriately.3，Use bobbin thread matching your top thread.4，Opt for New brothread’s premium foam quality.5，Stitch slowly (400 stitches/minute) for precision.
• Important Notes:1，Post-embroidery, apply heat (hair dryer/steam iron) to shrink excess foam within stitches.2，Avoid over-drying;  never dry-clean foam-backed designs.3，Use larger needles with shorter shanks and longer blades for thick fabric compatibility.
