- Fits Dome Ovens only- No Logo Style- Pure heavy Carbon Steel! Made in Canada not a cheap import-Designed to absorb heat like at Baking Oven Steel and radiate the heat gently into the crust.
- Flame Guard will radiates beautiful heat at the crust level across the surface of the stone while gently blocking aggressive flames that can produce those nasty Burn Spots!
- NU2U Flame Guard will Increase oven heat up times and greatly helps with blocking the wind from blowing out the flame when using out doors
- For those of us that are not a Pizza Pro- The NU2U Flame guard gived a few extra seconds of protection from burning the crust on the hot open flame.
- Great help to those new at making pizza in these incredible ovens- It just provides a little extra time!
