The Springfield U-brake kit drops the two ordinary (and confusing) brake springs and replaces them with one central spring that applies the same force to each arm requiring no additional adjustment. This makes assembly incredibly easy - just bolt it on and go. The kit includes a Springfield right or left side compatible lever that's easy to install and remove without having to wrestle grips on and off.The Springfield brake kit features: Odyssey Ghost brake pads Odyssey Springfield medium brake lever for front or rear compatibility (Simply flip the lever for right or left orientation) Odyssey Linear brake cable and housing to prevent the cable from binding and all necessary hardware Aluminum brake arms are designed to maximize stiffness and save weight One-spring design provides hassle-free installation U-brake design allows more clearance for larger tires and designed for front or rear wheel Odyssey Ghost pads with integrated toe-in Odyssey Springfield brake lever features a clamp that allows installation or removal without the need to remove grips while featuring a lever handle with the same comfortable shape as the proven Monolever Medium blade
