The opposite hose grabber is a great sewer tool used for grabbing, moving, pushing down on sewer hose as you are cleaning. This is another tool that connects to our fiberglass poles systems such as the STD-24. The Opposite Hose Grabber has opposing C hooks that grab the hose in middle. Just lay the tool over the hose and twist for easy grabbing. You can lower this tool to the bottom of the manhole and then just push it over the hose and twist it. this way you can maneuver the hose in any direction. This is especially useful when the hose is coming out of the sewer line under pressure and it fights you at the top where your tiger tail is. Pushing it down makes it horizontal again so it will come out easily from the sewer line. Good for sewer hose from ½” all the way to 1.25”. Made of strong spring steel in 3/8" diameter and zinc plated for long life.
