Pearl Izumi Expedition Shoes Men's

From backroad rambles to all-day gravel grinds, the Men’s Expedition Shoes are built for riders who treat the route like an adventure. Engineered to strike the perfect balance between efficient power transfer and off-bike comfort, these shoes are a go-to for gravel rides, bikepacking, and unpredictable terrain.

The 1:1® Next Step Nylon composite sole delivers confident pedaling performance while maintaining just enough flex for hike-a-bike sections or coffee stops. A dual-closure system pairs a BOA® L6E Fit System at the midfoot with a forefoot strap for zonal adjustability that eliminates hot spots and locks in a stable, supportive fit.

A heavily perforated synthetic leather upper enhances breathability, while soft TX lace guides reduce pressure across the top of the foot. An EVA insert in the heel provides subtle but noticeable vibration damping to reduce fatigue on longer rides. The reinforced toe bumper adds trail-worthy protection for rock strikes and rugged conditions.

Pair them with our Expedition Bib Shorts for long-mile comfort, or browse more men’s cycling shoes built for gravel, adventure, and everyday escapes.
