  • Auto and Manual Modes: The Pentax ME features both automatic and manual exposure modes. In automatic mode, the camera controls the shutter speed while you adjust the aperture, simplifying the shooting process. For more control, you can switch to manual mode and set both aperture and shutter speed yourself.
  • Viewfinder: It boasts a bright, clear viewfinder with a central microprism and split-image focusing aid, helping to ensure precise manual focusing.
  • Lens Compatibility: The ME uses the Pentax K-mount, making it compatible with a wide range of Pentax and third-party lenses, offering great flexibility for various photographic needs.
  • Compact Design: Compared to other SLRs of its time, the ME is relatively compact and lightweight, making it a portable choice for photographers on the go.
  • Automatic Exposure Control: The camera’s automatic exposure control system simplifies shooting in changing light conditions by adjusting the shutter speed according to the set aperture and lighting conditions.
