The adhesive forms robust bonds with metals, wood, composites, and select plastics, boasting a peel strength of 9-16 PIW on aluminum and a Shore D hardness of 68-72. Its formulation complies with FDA 175.105 and 175.300 requirements, making it suitable for applications with incidental food contact. Full cure is achieved in 72 hours at 73°F, resulting in a durable bond that maintains its integrity across a wide temperature range, with a glass transition temperature of 122-140°F.
