Why this matters: In busy facilities, a reliable cord lock prevents downtime when cords jerk or unwind during edge cleaning along walls. Restoring the original retraction rhythm reduces cord wear, extends cord life, and protects the cord from snags that can damage the switch or wiring. This replacement part keeps your SC881-A operating with minimal fuss, so your teams can focus on hot spots rather than hardware issues.
