As Yeti's most versatile bike the SB140 hits that sweet spot of efficient riding kinematics with aggressive geometry and suspension platform. Truly mixing the disciplines of mountain biking to result in the ultimate trail bike. The Lunch Ride build kits add some extra jazz to the SB140 by upping the travel, making the bike more eager for rougher trails and features.

The all new 29" wheeled SB140 boasts a brand new frame design packed with all the yeti race-proven design knowledge and the latest mountain biking technologies. At the bikes core is the 160mm front/140mm rear platform with the newly updated Switch Infinity system.  This sweet spot of travel makes for a perfectly balanced bike that truly makes easy work of all types of trail.

The SB140 is available in 2 build kits, the C-Series 2 and Turq Series 3. T-Series Yeti frames are manufactured using their finest carbon layup. The result is the best possible balance of stiffness, compliance and aesthetics (it really is difficult to show in pictures the sublime level of detail put into every Yeti frame). The C-Series frames are identical in geometry but make use of a different carbon lay-up, this makes the frame more affordable, at the cost of a little extra weight.

The C-Series bikes now come fitted with Fox factory suspension!

LR (LUNCH RIDE) - 

Yeti Lunch Ride bikes up the front travel from the standard versions adding a little extra spice to the ride. The SB140 seen here in LR guise has 160mm front travel compared to the 150mm found on standard models

SWITCH INFINITY - 

Switch Infinity utilizes a patented translating pivot that switches direction as the bike moves through its travel. This provides a tailored anti-squat curve while delivering a fine-tuned leverage ratio

Switch Infinity decouples chain forces from suspension forces incredibly effectively. In the beginning and mid-section of travel – when Switch Infinity moves up – a relatively flat and high anti-squat curve ­creates an efficient pedalling platform through the entire pedalling zone. As a result, suspension performs consistently and predictably. When Switch Infinity reverses direction, anti-squat drastically drops for freedom of suspension movement
