This is the only sake in the Edo-gaeri series where you can experience the power of Omachi rice brewed with the traditional kimoto starter method, no additives, and using groundwater from the Kinu River. The aroma is simple and fresh, reminiscent of banana or melon. The flavor is full of the distinct sweetness and acidity characteristic of both Omachi rice and Senkin sake. Pair with rich, fatty dishes.
