Everyone knows that shoes are the most important part of any hike. They connect the hiker to the mountain, but what about the interface between the hikers foot and the boot itself?

This is where the venerable foot bed comes in. Sidas has designed a selection of footbeds specifically for hiking and the various shapes of feet out there. The arch support and deeper heel cup provided will help keep your feet in a neutral position, thus preventing over-pronation and various foot ailments that might arise with poor support and position - your feet will be thanking you at the end of the day!
