SL-M8200 12-Speed Trigger Shifter

A natural fit from the first shift. A complete lever redesign for the 12-speed DEORE XT SL-M8200 makes the shifter feel like an extension of your finger — crisp, precise and fast every time, through an intuitive pull. A shorter lever stroke, firmer secondary click and optimised paddle positioning give clear feedback and better control, while clean cable routing keeps the cockpit tidy.

It packs in Shimano's full suite of trigger-shifting technology: RAPIDFIRE PLUS, 2-WAY RELEASE, INSTANT RELEASE and multi-shift of up to three sprockets in a single sweep of the main lever. A replaceable rubber traction pad keeps your thumb planted in the wet, and a tool-less inner cable hole cover makes maintenance straightforward. Available in I-SPEC EV (SL-M8200-IR) and clamp-band (SL-M8200-R) fittings, it's also compatible with previous-generation 12-speed drivetrains.
