Unlike plastic clips, the LSS-3 resists cracking, yellowing, or corrosion, even after prolonged exposure to wash-downs, chemicals, or coastal air. It fits directly into the molded latch pockets of A.L.P. Sentry, TMW, and TW vapor-tight enclosures (and many similar housings) without requiring tools or drilling. UL listings demonstrate that enclosures equipped with LSS-3 stainless latches maintain their rain-tight and hose-down seal, safeguarding LEDs and wiring. The quick-release, captive design 'suitcase' style latch opens for relamping or cleaning but remains attached to the housing, preventing hardware loss during lifts or ladder use. This USA-made, professional-grade latch is trusted in parking garages, car washes, and food-processing plants. It is manufactured by ALP, the producers of your fixture.
