- ★Stormer viscometer Summary---The instrument is controlled by a computer. The blade of a stirred blade (also called a rotor) is driven by a constant speed motor at a speed of 200r/min. The resistance moment of the impeller in the measured sample is converted by a computer to the KU value. unit (KU) is a logarithmic function of the load required to produce 200r/min speed, which is generally used to represent the speed of the 200r/min. It is used for the viscosity of the brush and roll.
- ★Digital stormer viscometer The main technical parameters---1. measurement range: 40.2 ~ 141.0KU (KU value), 27cP-5250cP 32 ~ 1099g (load value); 2. measurement accuracy: 2.0% of full range; 3. measurement repeatability: the full range of 2.0%; 4. the rotational speed of the mixing axis: 200r/min + 1r/min; 5. container capacity: About 500ml; 6. input voltage: 220V 50Hz; 7. power: 10W; 8. shape size: 210mm x 180mm x 500mm (long * width *); 9. weight: 10kg.
- ★Stormer viscosity meter Operation---1. remove the instrument from the packaging box and put it on the worktable. 2. remove the stirring blade from the packing box, insert it into the sleeve of the rotating shaft, and fix it with the top tightening screw. 3. plug in the power plug, open the power switch on the back, the system starts to self check, the system will enter the standby state after the completion of the self test, and the display will display "-". 4. put the tested sample in the container
- ★Stormer Viscosimeter Use---6. after a few seconds, the monitor displays the viscosity value of the sample to be measured, which can be read at this time. (the sample must be stirred for a few seconds to achieve dynamic balance, and the data displayed can be considered accurate, without the display of the data before the instrument "--"). 7. after the measurement is completed, the lifting handle is lifted to the height, and there is a limited bit device near the highest position
- ★Stormer rotational viscometers Note---1. there are precise measuring parts in the instrument cabinet. 2. this instrument is a special instrument. Please do not open the instrument shell by itself, so as not to affect the accuracy of instrument measurement. 3. instruments are temporarily unused, the lifting handle of the instrument should be kept on the high position limit unit, and it should not be placed in a lower position, otherwise the phenomenon of inflexibility may be produced. 4. every year, companies should be check
