In 2021, the artwork of Annie Lee continues to inspire art lovers everywhere. Though she passed in 2014 and didn't begin her professional art career until the age of 40, Annie's impact and influence are undeniable.
The Alabama born and Chicago raised artist was known for featureless faces and the emotion and expression that radiated from the everyday people depicted in her work.
We are happy to be able to celebrate the life, legacy and talent of Annie Lee in our 2021 African American wall calendar. The calendar includes many of her internationally acclaimed pieces such as "My Cup Runneth Over", "Blue Monday", "Three on One" and "Jumping the Broom".
This calendar measures 12x12 inches (closed) and 12x24 inches (open). Our calendars are printed on high-quality paper and have full-color pages throughout. All public holidays are noted on the calendar. In addition, this calendar features information on dates significant to the African American cultural experience.
