For more than 100 years Bostons Foley Fish has been selling the finest seafood from the North Atlantic. Started in 1906 by Irish immigrant Michael Foley, Foley Fish is now run by the Foley familys fourth generation. From its inception, Foley Fish has been dedicated to delivering only the highest quality seafood to its discerning customers from Bermuda to Hawaii. Foley Fish, which operates processing plants in both Boston and New Bedford, only buys seafood from fishermen who are committed to handling their catch with the utmost care. Foley services both foodservice and retail accounts by truck, air freight and overnight delivery. The companys Foley School of Fish, which is accredited by the American Culinary Federation, offers customers complete training on how to buy and handle seafood.
