Through this innovative manufacturing method, the mirror of the steel ball is replicated onto the spherical part of the gripper, making full contact with each other. Therefore, smooth motion with minimal obstacles has been achieved. The BL model maintains sufficient strength and a very compact shape due to its highly balanced design. Therefore, this model is most suitable for use in car height sensor connection parts or transmission control parts. Due to the fact that the sphericity of the steel ball used in the bearing is replicated to the spherical part with the ball handle neck, smooth motion can be achieved with minimal division (sphericity of 0.001m), resulting in good operability and sensation in the movement of the connecting rod mechanism. Its gripper uses high-strength zinc alloy and is connected at right angles to the ball bearing connecting rod. Due to the installation of grease bags above and below the spherical surface, it has good lubrication and excellent wear resistance.
