Item Details:
Tweco® Coarse Threaded Copper Nozzle with 3/4" bore size is designed for standard gas diffuser and is machined from a solid copper alloy bar to provide consistent dimensional stability as well as efficient heat dissipation. 1.46" Nozzle with 1.057" OD is ideal for use in medium to heavy duty welding application up to 600 A. It has a 2-piece design and is made of 145 tellurium copper alloy. Nozzle with recess contact tip relationship 0.125 - 0.156" is best suited for higher heat applications requiring longer electrical stick-out or in cases where the nozzle touches the work piece. It is sold as 2 per pack.

- Flush Tips are generally used where a shorter electrical stick-out is used sometimes resulting in shorter/tighter arc lengths, This brings the tip closer to the work piece
- Protruding Tips are generally used when welding open root pipe or any joint that requires the welder to get into a tight weld joint. However the down side to this is the chance of arcing the tip to the work piece, which could damage front end parts resulting in downtime needed to replace
